Welcome to the official website of the Islamic Center Gazi - Husrevbeg (ICGHB). By using our website and payment services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Tax-Deductible Contributions
ICGHB is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Most donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult with your tax advisor regarding your specific situation.
2. Refund Policy
Donations: As a general rule, charitable donations are non-refundable.
Membership Fees: Annual membership dues are generally non-refundable.
In the event of an accidental duplicate transaction or a technical error during payment, please contact our Treasurer within 30 days to request a correction.
3. Use of Funds
While ICGHB makes every effort to apply funds toward the specific project or phase indicated (e.g., Phase 1: Hayes Front), the organization retains the ultimate discretion and control over the use of all donated funds to ensure they are used in furtherance of our religious and charitable mission.
4. Recurring Payments
If you sign up for a recurring donation (e.g., the Community Builder Circle), you may cancel or modify your payment at any time by contacting us directly or via the payment portal (Stripe/PayPal) used to create the subscription.
5. Limitation of Liability
ICGHB is not responsible for any technical issues, bank fees, or overdrafts caused by your choice of payment method or third-party processor (Stripe, PayPal, or Zelle).
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
